Terms of use

By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy policy, incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

01Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

02User accounts

• To access certain features, such as email support or subscription content, you may need to provide an email address and create a password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if your login details are compromised.

03Licence

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by LuminaForge Apps LLP.

04User conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Services for illegal or unauthorised purposes;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code;
• transmit malicious software, viruses or harmful code;
• violate third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• disrupt or impair the Services;
• collect or store other users’ personal data without their consent.

05Content and intellectual property

• The Services and all content within them — text, graphics, logos, code — are owned by or licensed to LuminaForge Apps LLP and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

06Subscriptions and payment

Our apps are free to download. Some features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Access continues to the end of the paid period after cancellation, and there are no refunds for unused portions of a period. 07Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including analytics, email marketing, advertising and payment processors. We do not control those services and you use them at your own risk; their terms apply to your use of them.

08Disclaimers

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuminaForge Apps LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising out of your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; the provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
