Per-app questions
Each app page carries the questions specific to that app, along with what it requires and what the free tier includes.
Questions
01How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Every subscription is billed by Apple, so both happen through your Apple ID rather than through us. The step-by-step is on our Cancel & refund page, including what to do if Apple declines a refund request — in that case, email us the order number and we will look at it.
02The app crashed or is behaving strangely. What should I send you?
Email help@luminaforgeapps.com with the app name, its version number (Settings inside the app, or the App Store listing), your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording usually saves a whole round of questions.
03I paid but the premium features are still locked.
Open the app's settings and use Restore Purchases — that re-reads your entitlement from Apple and fixes it in most cases. If it does not, send us the order number from Apple's receipt email and we will sort it out directly.
04Do the apps work offline?
It depends on what the app does. Haby, Flow and Quitify work fully offline once set up; Flow needs a connection only to download new sound sets. AutoCaps, Numi, ScanDex and FujiRecipes need a connection for the parts that run AI or fetch live data — transcription, meal recognition, card prices and recipe generation respectively.
05Where is my data stored?
Where an app can sync through your own iCloud account rather than a server we run, it does — that is the case for Haby. Apps with AI or live-data features send only what that feature needs. The Privacy policy states what is collected and the lawful basis for each purpose.
06Can I use an app on iPad or Apple Watch?
Haby has a native Apple Watch app. All the apps run on iPad in iPhone compatibility mode, but they are designed for iPhone and only Haby ships iPad-specific screens. Each app's page lists the iOS version it requires.
07How do I request a feature?
Email it to help@luminaforgeapps.com. There is no form and no ticket queue — the same person who wrote the app reads it. Concrete descriptions of what you were trying to do are far more useful than feature names.
